Returns / Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchased at HHCShop operated by Home Health Care, Inc. (HHC)
In order to be eligible for a return/refund. Buyer’ must be submitted the application to the HHCShop website within 7 business days upon receipt of the item. HHC will review this and it will be sole and absolute discretion whether the claim is objective. The item must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
The application for returns/refunds may be subject to the terms and conditions stated below.
1.The item received does not match the order descriptions/specifications (e.g. wrong item, size etc.)
2.The item has defective/damages (We recommend that the buyer to take a photo of the item upon receipt)
3.The item did not received
*No Change of Mind unless stated in this Returns/Refunds Policy, Buyer may not apply for the return and/or refund of the item due to a change of mind.
Item will be returned and/or buyer will be refunded after we have reviewed and confirmed the condition of the item.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. For online bank payment I may take 1-3 days upon confirmation of the refund.
If the item is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 business days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
